Organic fluorine compounds (PFAS or PFC) are found in the environment worldwide in soils, groundwater and surface waters and increasingly in the blood and tissue of animals and humans.
The international conference serves to exchange information and discuss how to deal with the pollution of soils and groundwater by the PFAS pollutant group.
European and international experts dealing with PFAS emissions and their effects will exchange information. Current regulations and national and international strategies will be presented and discussed.
The conference is jointly organised by BMU and UBA. The conference language is English. Translation will not be provided.
Registration will be possible shortly. The number of participants is limited to 160 persons. Participation is free of charge.
