Directive 2008/101/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 amending Directiv 2003/07/EC so as to include aviation activities in the scheme for greenhoues gas emission allowance trading within the community
The amending directive to include aviation activities in the European Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS) has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 13 January 2009 and entered into force on 02 February 2009.
