Throughout Germany, cities, local authorities and districts are taking a range of actions to combat climate change. This film by the Federal Environment Ministry highlights how local authorities are using energy more efficiently, protecting the climate and at the same time saving costs. Many of the climate projects shown here are supported by programmes such as the National Climate Initiative.
